Welcome to Alder Investment

Alder Investment is a renewable bio-energy and waste-to-energy investment company which offers both professional and non-professional private investors with investment opportunities to catalyze their capital into renewable energy projects in Europe and bordering developing countries. These projects are mainly aimed at investment and operation activities by securing the incentives from governments. The collaboration and dynamics of the projects offered to investors collectively effectuates low risk attractive returns. Alder Investment is in the progress of getting necessary approvals from Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).

Our main interests being in the investment of waste-to-energy and bio-energy sectors encompasses biomass facilities that utilize bio-residue streams from forest and farmland.
The Kyoto Protocol signed in 2015 brought with it increased global cooperation for both an environmentally cleaner, and thus a brighter future with clear visions of what must be achieved to make the planet a clean and sustainable habitat for future generations.

Prioritization of Kyoto signatories has been planned around their sustainability objectives in the environmental policies. The Paris Agreement on Climate Change also affected the signatories of around 200 countries in 2016 for the common fortification of keeping the global average temperature rise below 2 degrees Celsius according to the records registered for pre-industrial levels.

Fossil fuel, the resulting harmful emissions and the reduction of this energy source is the key to avoiding detrimental rises in the global temperature. In reaching this shared mission, governments have helped to put in place incentive schemes for investment in renewable energy generation.

Golden Energy Source for Developing Countries

The exploitation of finite fossil fuel resources used in energy production has resulted in rapid exhaustion of many mines and wells, and serious depletion remaining fossil fuel sources. This has lead to wide scale awareness to clean energy, in turn, representing the future of energy supply. As such, today we are one of the unique organisations actively involved in this exciting shift.
